  • Scent Swatch shall process orders based on the list of items indicated in submitted order form. Please review the contents of your shopping cart carefully prior to checkout.
  • All orders submitted through this website are tagged as “Order Received” and will only be processed upon receipt of proof of payment via email.
  • Except for COD, only PAID orders will be processed.
  • All queries regarding placed orders should be done via email only, to be answered by our staff within 24 hours. This is to ensure that communication history is well recorded. 
  • Non-payment of submitted orders for 7 consecutive days shall be cancelled automatically. You will receive an email notification of this cancellation.
  • Multiple cancellation of orders due to non-payment will deactivate your Scent Swatch account.


  • All submitted orders are considered final and are not eligible for correction.
  • Submitted order forms are non-editable. If you need to make any correction, you will need to submit a new order form and advise us to cancel your previously submitted form.
  • To cancel a submitted order, simply reply to the email confirmation sent to you after checkout, and indicate reason for cancellation.


  • Shipping schedule: Monday-Friday (except holidays).
  • No same-day shipping. Paid orders will be shipped on the next available shipping schedule following date of receipt of proof of payment.
  • All online orders are to be shipped only. We do not arrange pickups or meetups.
  • We only ship within Philippines.
  • All orders will be shipped via our Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider.
  • We reserve the right to choose 3PL as well as set shipping rates.
  • Estimated delivery Time for Metro Manila and Greater Manila areas is 1-5 business days*Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, delivery delays are to be expected.
  • Estimated delivery Time for Provincial areas is 7-15 business days. *Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, delivery delays are to be expected.
  • We will not be held liable for delays caused by 3PL provider.
  • Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.


  • Return of goods should be made within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • All returned goods must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees shall be shouldered by the customer.


  • Damaged goods may be replaced by Scent Swatch subject to prior investigation. 
  • Damaged goods should be reported to us through email within 48 hours upon receipt of package.
  • Lost/damaged goods due to Third Party Logistics (3PL) company negligence/mishandling will not be replaced.


  • Refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid reason of return of product.
  • Only cancelled orders or returned goods are eligible for refunds.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, only price paid for merchandise will be refunded.
  • All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment.
  • We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.
  • All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be deducted from the amount due to customer.
  • We reserve the right to modify refund processing procedure at any time without notice.
